This Consent to Personal Data Processing shall take effect from the moment it is provided to the Operator and shall remain valid until the purposes of Personal Data processing have been achieved, the Consent to Personal Data Processing has been withdrawn, or the Operator has been removed from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.

This Consent may be withdrawn by sending the Operator a written notice to its registered address:

In such case, the Operator shall cease processing the Personal Data, and the Personal Data shall be destroyed unless other legal grounds for its processing exist under the legislation of the Russian Federation.

The Operator processes Personal Data in strict accordance with the Personal Data Processing Policy published on the Website pursuant to the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data.”

In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between this English translation and the Russian-language version of this Consent, the Russian-language version shall prevail.
