Refund by cash is not allowed.
Money refund is regulated by the rules of international payment systems.
For the money refund to the bank card, the customer should fill in the “Application form for money refund ” available upon request by e-mail to the customer. The customer should fax it along with a passport copy to the following e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org
Money refund will be carried out to the Customer’s bank account indicated at the application form, within 21 (twenty one) working days after receiving the “Application form for money refund” by the Company.
For a money refund to the Company’s bank account by mistake, by means of international payment systems, the customer should apply with a written application form and a copy of the passport and checks / receipts which confirms the mistaken crediting of money to the account. This application form should be sent to the following e-mail: email@example.com
After receiving written application along with a copy of the passport and checks / receipts, the Company carries out the money refund during 21 (twenty one) working days from the date of receiving the application form by the company’s bank, mentioned at the application form. In this case, the refundable amount is equal to the order price. Term of consideration the application and money refund to the customer starts from the moment of receiving the application form by the Company and is calculated within the working days, without regard to holidays / weekends.
